CFCCS ripoff Deerfield Beach Florida

I cant explain how frustrated I am about this company. My story is so similar to everybodys. I noticed my creditors were not being paid (and CFCCS checks were bouncing to them when a payment would be made).

I contacted good ole Glenda (who stated on her voicemail she was the customer service supervisor) she acted like my case was the only one CFCCS was having problems with. I wish I would have read this website in 2001. Anyway, I had a couple creditors drop me from the program for non payment and raise my interest rates. In May I decided that I would call CFCCS everyday until somebody would answer the phone - I kept hitting every extension (knowing that GLenda was 199 I started at 107 and worked my way up).

I finally got through to a woman who told me to pay my creditors directly (I said are you sure because I want my deposit back in the end). She said go ahead and make the payments to get caught up. WHen June came around I called and couldnt get through so I thought I better make my own payments again (I havent made a payment to CFCCS since April because CFCCS would never call me back and I am so happy that I didnt count on them or I would be in really bad shape). I received a letter in the mail on Friday that they filed for bankruptcy --- what is everybody doing? I live out of state and there is no way I would afford to go to FLorida and sit in a courtroom. ANy suggestions?
