This matter was resolved prior to approval of this post.

Although I found numerous complaints for this company on this site, this post is one (1) that should be deleted.

[ as with previous complaints, I needed and found a sounding board to air frustrations.  To the best of my knowledge staff neither investigated or even contracted the company in any instance. For that reason I complain now for lack of any noticeable action that RIPoffReort should have no claim to hold MY complaint hostage.]

Had I checked my mail earlier and/or reviewed my account details sooner, this 'report' would not exist. Complaints against Dell remain and barely are readable without mention of FH. Because FingerHut for their part has so completely remedied the situation -- if it were possible I would promptly delete this review.  Many online reviews are likewise 'permanent'.  Even so much less than $/court orders get them removed and/or modified. 

As it stands I'm not aware of any means to alter even the title.

So in protest of the practice I plan to delete my account in hopes I'll resist temptation to air dirty laundry on deaf ears.
