FCNB Spiegel ripoff out of their mind mistreated and ripped off Beaverton Oregon

I received a Spiegel/FCNB card back in 2000. I immediately charged a few things on there, but no where near my limit. I had the same problem with the company holding my payments so they could charge the late fees.

I was young at the time and thought it was me just being irresponsible and sending in my payment a day or 2 late. It seemed weird when the payment I had sent in posted a day or two after the due date. My balance eventually got so large, it was hard to pay the required amount every month so I only paid what I could.

My account was turned over to a collections agency that was so unprofessional it sounded like they were working out of the basement of their homes. They were also so rude it was pathetic. I paid off my account a couple of months ago. I haven't ordered a recent credit report to see what they reported, but from reading this, I think I should. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.
