I am sorry you are having problems getting on to the web site, but this last week I have been having problems getting on to all my web sites.

Pittsburgh is an old town with a rich history, spell the name correctly and you will make many friends. Pittsburg is a town in the southern part of the U.S. Alabama, I think.

I have not had any problems with the web site or phoning the helpful people that work for First Franklin.

I am confused with the ripoff complaints, because I have been a customer with First Franklin for over two years now. I have never had any website problems, or any problems making payments. Recently I suffered a big income lost due to the ending of my job. First Franklin worked with me and lowered my mortgage payment a great deal. In this, I am still in my home. No matter how you try to help people, or what good things you do, you will always have critics. Look at what the media is saying about the best President in the history of Presidents. First Franklin is the best mortgage company I have ever had, and the most convenient. During tax times you don't have to wait for your documents because they are available online. I disagree with all of the ripoff reports.

I am not an employee of the company, I actually have a 1st and 2nd with FF. I have accessed the website quite often. I am not sure why you are having a problem. I agree with another poster, try calling customer service and see if they can walk you through accessing the website. Good luck.

when using my browser under "viewmyloan" it took a few tries to get in. I found that when the browser showed the list it was the one marked WELCOME that brought me to the log in site that worked I have not had a problem with logging in since and their responses have been in a timely matter to my questions. I have used the online access for almost a year now and do all of my payments and trackings this way.

I have tried to get the web page and have not been able to either. I have typed in everything that you suggested. It is a hoax. I have called customer service and they have told me no one else has a problem with it

I find this report very odd. I have had my loan with First Franklin for about three years and have never had a problem accessing this web site, and I have always been able to view my current loan information. Have you tried calling the customer service number on your statement? There is a special department for the web site, maybe they can help, Good luck.
