First Franklin Loan Services duped by First franklin Pittsburg Pennsylvania

I was given a lower interest rate before closing .. but just before closing the rate went up and it changed from a fixed rate to an adjustable ...then I was told that it would be easy to refinance since they already had the loan in a couple of years. what could i do ? My old home ws sold and i was homeless at that point. I had no choice but to agree. Then a couple years later i tried to refinance before it adjusted and was refused because my score was not high enough even though my mortgage payments were perfect for two years.

I found out first frankin referred me to nation point mortgage co. instead of in house financing. I asked for my loan to be modified In july of 2007 it is january 14, 2008 and i can't get any response from them . i am in arrears as the loan has adjusted twice and will adjust again in march . This is crimminal
and shoud be against the law.
