We have an Loan with First Franklin, it is preadatory, intrest only 5 years, Arm in two, inflated apprasial, paid outside of closing costs. We have fallen behind on our mortage, we want to keep our home, but they are so difficult to work with, they send modification papers but the hidden charge of over 750.00 is more than we can pay, and by the way Now they want to do an debt to income ratio?????? My spouse is a disabled VET, who has paid them over 30,000 in cash, with the thought of losing our home, we are seeking damages, I sure hope, more and more folks, who are in these situations will come forward and stop these preadators from not only stripping equity, but stealing ones ablitiy to live the Ameircan Dream and especiallay for those who make that dream possible like my spouse, So lets get our dream back!!!!!We are also in the process of the State Attorney Generals Office for consumer protectioin and fraud.
