First Franklin Loan Services i asked for an option arm mortgage due to injury, I ended up with a 30 yr mortgage and an interest rate of 9.5 Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

i was injured and unable to work, i asked for an option arm program and was assured I would get one. I have kept all the emails the contact person sent to me and he stated they had to show the maximum amount but I would only be paying the minimum. Liar Liar. They collect all the interest up front and next to nothing on the principal. So far I have paid them $16,724 in interest and $357.58 on principal. What a rip off.
