First Premier Bank political corruption ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota

Outlandish ripoff late fees, gave me a card that assures I will get 250.00 credit limit but, was only able to charge $6!!! the rest was already owed political corruption rip off scam con artists political corruption outlandish ripoff late fees.

I received the First Premier Bank card saying and assuring it will better my credit ratings... when I got the card I wasn't able to use it because the limit was already owed on initiation fees, participation fees and enrollment fees. Knowing this ,I called to cancelled the card and they said I couldn't and that I needed to pay the balance owed. Although, I sent back the card and asked them to cancelled the account (which they did closed the account) still they are charging me per month all kinds of different late fees. It all started with $250, now supposely I owe them $500.00 in late fees!!!! and I got bad credit from them too on my credit report.
