I have done business with this company for 3 years. I thought every thing was fine until I got a certified letter from the IRS in late November stating that no taxes had been paid for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Qrt 2009.  Funny, First Priority Pay had been debting my bank acct. bi-weekly for the entire year, they just hadn't sent it to the IRS...to the tune of $60,000! The company told me they were sending the IRS $21,000 for the 2nd qrt taxes and interest.  They even had the nerve to email me a copy of the payment.  I got a call today from the IRS and they have not received a penny.  I tried contacting the compnay but could only leave a message.  Then I goggled the CEO and found the most bizzare article about his arrest for kidnapping! This amount of money will put me out of business so I dont intend to go down quietly!  Just contacted the Attorney general.  Next is the media and an attorney.

First Priority Pay Payroll tax embezzlement

I have also experienced similar problems with First Priority Pay Payroll of Hoboken, New Jersey, and am working with the IRS regarding the levies they have issued against my bank accounts.  Please feel free to add me to the growing list of business owners interested in participating in a class action lawsuit.

I am having the same problem!

I am having pretty much the same exact problem (just different amounts... about $12,000).  They also sent me an EFTPS receipt saying payment was scheduled to be paid on 1/27/2010 but then I found out that they cancelled the payment on 1/25/2010.  THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS WHO ARE STEALING MONEY FROM SMALL BUSINESSES!

To the original poster:  I would also like to join you on getting justice from these guys.  How did you contact the Attorney General and what did you tell them?  I can't believe that a company can do this and get away with it!
