I ordered a floral arragement on line ...they ofered free delivery ...my order should have been $42.99

@ check out I was charged $86.22. I have attempted calling last night directly after I orderd, was conected to a child with horrible customer service. I have called 3 times only to be transfered to to the same music playing on a loop.
