I had been receiving phone calls at work from this company saying I had to pay them on behalf of VISA. athe fourth time they called I was at my desk and answered . The woman who spoke to me was very nasty and told me that a "summons"? had been issued. i don't know what that means or how I can protect myself from illegal garnishment.
