Forster And Garbus Left me stranded out of state on a family emergency with an infant Farmingdale New York

I 've been trying to rectify this situation and arrange a payment plan. They do not return my calls. Today I was in Connecticut on a family emergency with my 11 month old daughter. I had rolled quarters to get me home. Stupid me put the money in my checking accounrt so I wouldn't have to buckle and unbuckle a sleeping child when I got gas. When I tried to use my debit card it was denied, Upon further investigation I discovered that Forster and Garbus had filed a judgement agains me on behalf of Capital one. I placed 20 phone calls to Mr. Oshea who is apparantly handling this case. He never returned my calls. After finally asking to speak to his supervisor I was told that neither was in. Frantic at this point I tried to have dinner with my children. When my phone rang stupid me again didn't get the persons name. I tried to offer them the 200 I had just deposited and make 50 a month payments but he said they wouldn't take anything less than 900. Oh and in acse I forgot to mention I never recieved any summons or notice of any judgement. After doing more investigating I discovered that the judgement was filed in a different county than where I live. I just don't know what I am going to do. I still can't get home and they have frozen my only means to any funds. Please please can you help me?
