Forster And GarbusForster And Garbus Illegally Hijacked my bank account Farmingdale New York

Forster and Garbus had a restraining order put on my bank account. They submitted false paper work to the Queens civil court stating that they served my wife a summons personally on a certain day for a debt they claim she owes and on that day my wife was at work. It isnt even my debt and this company is holding my bank account totally without any legal proceedings against me or my wife. From what I understand Forster and Garbus might not even be licensed to do this kind of work in N.Y.S. Whenever I try to call them they either hang up or dont answer the phone. They reuse to listen to anything and generally have a negative attitude with a little belligerence on the side. This outfit is bad and there are many complaints against them Im on the list of complainers now. I plan on filing criminal charges against them and am wondering if there are any class action suits against them. Im going to be relentless against these scum and wont stop till they are out of business.
