I want to tell anyone out there dealing with this company to be very aware that they can and will use any means necessary to get their money, including seizing your bank accounts and garnishing your check. They also are in co-hoots with other collection agencies as I had a friend whos accounts were seized for a debt (Capital One) and when she worked out a repayment plan and had the account released, they reseized it the very next day for another debt that she had received no prior paperwork on but did owe!!! This ultimately led to her filing bankruptcy to put a stop to all actions and get her money out of the banks. Today I will be going to court against them because they claim to have tried to serve me three times before affixing a summons to my door which I never received. So funny tho, I did receive their certified mailing "rebuttal" to the court to have my motion to vacate thrown out. Maybe if they sent all their mailing "certified" they would not have a problem.

Read my post about this company!

My family is going through hell because of these people and how they can 'man handle' their way with the court system.

They will not release my bank account in a timely maner when it has been proven to both the bank and the F&G attourney that ALL the money was deposited by ME and controled by ME, and that my spouse (who is the intended target) is only on the account by name. My spouse has no income and doesn't even have a ATM card.

So why hold MY money in suspense? In the meantime, I can't provide for my family of four. I can't even go to work because I can't withdrawl or write a check for gas! Were running down on bread on milk. Thank god for food shelters, but they don't have Gas Shelters to afford me to run into town to get free food.

Something has to be done about fraudulent collection agencies and their way of passing off junk debt to ruin a person's family!

Yes, watch out for this company! They filed a summons against me for almost double the amount i owed on this debt. When they threaten, make sure you act fast! I believe they are a junk debt buyer and i guess they paid nowhere near what they are trying to get from me. Call your attorney!
