On Aug 1, 2011, I did a shop for Chem-Dry as contracted by Franchise Compliance, Inc. Franchise Compliance, Inc. agreed to reimburse me in the amount of $165 for carpet cleaning services. Everything was done as per the instructions and I received a 10/10 on my report.
It is now more than 8 months and I have not received payment for this. Their scheduler Julie Bishop has been giving me the runaround and has promised couple of times that they would send the check out. This has been a pack of lies.
There are a lot of shoppers who are in the same boat. In the meantime, Chem-Dry continues to employ Franchise Compliance for their shops. They go on increasing the amount offered and get unsuspecting shoppers to do their shops. The cycle continues. I hold both Chem-Dry and Franchise Compliance, Inc. responsible for this fraud.
