Franchise Compliance, Inc. Carpet Cleaning shop done on 12/23/11, graded 9/10, not paid as of 4/17/12. $125.00 owed. Internet

On 12/23/11, I did a carpet cleaning mystery shop for Julie Bishop of Franchise Compliance, Inc.  The reimbursement amount is $125.00.  Normally, shops are paid within 2-6 weeks, but this shop has gone unpaid for almost 4 months, now. 

I have emailed Julie both directly (jbishop@franchisecompliance.com) and through their SASSIE website, but I have not heard back from her in almost 2 weeks.  Last thing I heard from her by email was that she would email the owner for me. 

This is the only shop in over 500+ over the past 7 years that I have not been paid for.  I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and emailed the MSPA, though apparently Franchise Compliance, Inc.  is not an MSPA member.
