Franchise Compliance, Inc. NOT PAYING CONTRACTORS FOR SERVICES PERFORMED Park City, Utah

I completed a mystery shop for COIT CARPET CLEANING in Costa Mesa, CA while working for FRANCHISE COMPLIANCE mystery shopping company.  I completed the mystery shop in December of 2011 and received a 10/10 on the report. 

The shop required me to call COIT CARPET CLEANING, -Corporate Carpet Orange County (110), 1297 Logan Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA  and schedule a carpet cleaning in my home.  Franchise compliance committed to reimbursing me for the cost of the cleaning up to $119.00.  I completed the carpeting cleaning mystery shop for Franchise Compliance.

As of April 14, 2012 I have not been paid for the work and mystery shop I performed.  I received the following email from Julie Bishop when I inquired about payment:

After reviewing several mystery shopping forums many other mystery shoppers all over the United States are being ripped off by Franchise Compliance.  Coit Carpet Cleaning has been made aware of the business practices of Franchise Compliance and continues to use their services thus supporting the rip off business practices of Franchise Compliance.

DO NOT MYSTERY SHOP FOR FRANCHISE COMPLIANCE and DO NOT USE COIT CARPETING CLEANING SERVICES until they stop this practice of getting something for nothing and not paying indepdent Contractors
