Franchise Compliance Inc Franchise Audit Failed to Pay Agent Service Park City, Utah

I contracted with this company in March 2012 to audit a Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning franchisee. I paid cash up front ($100) for a carpet cleaning, in order to evaluate the service.  I am owed a total of $127.99, which includes postage to mail required items to Franchise Compliance and a $25 bonus.  According to my shop log on their website, the $127.99 has been listed as "Payment Pending" since April 2012, or six months ago. 

There is no contact phone number provided on their website or in the Yellow Pages.  I have emailed numerous times, and haven't received replies to any of my messages.

I performed the same service for them in October 2010, and although is wasn't paid until February 2011, at least I was paid.  Now, it's as if they no longer exist, although their website is still maintained.
