Galaxy Credit Threatening Letter to collect on unauthorized magazine subscription Sun City Arizona

I received a vague telephone message to call their listed number. I also received a letter stating they were collecting for US Subscription Services for an unauthorized/unsolicited magazine subscription. I know which I subscribe to and have payed off in full already. I called one magazine company to double check my subscription and the woman I talked with said that both of these companies were unauthorized to make a claim on their behalf.

I called Galaxy and requested to talk to the manager, the individual I spoke with said he was the manager. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the only one. I asked why they sent such a letter to me for something I had not authorized. He said it was just business and that I should just pay for the subscription. I asked for the physicall address and phone number for US Subscription Services, he said they did not provide that information. Though in their letter to me it says "this office will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor".

I have been very skeptical of this whole situation from the beginning with US Subscription Services and now this Galaxy Credit LLC company.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in this matter at the least. I also have intentions of contacting my local Federal Congressman's office since this does seem to be a developing pattern of parasitic business practices to scam honest people.
