Gamepal.com has constantly ignored my e-mail's about a account that I purchased. My request was simple as I was asking for the information to change to e-mail address and such. The very information that they say they will provide in their agreement. I recieved a e-mail from them on November 17th saying that they needed time to find the information. I sent them another e-mail on December 1st again asking for the information. Nothing. I am currently seeking legal recorse to get this information. I am also looking at the possibility of a class action against Gamepal.com and it's parent company. If anyone would be willing to join with me for the class action please let me know.
