This company is the largest collection agency in the US with 11,000 employees and counts as its clients companies such as Citicorp, Chase, along with may state and local governments. It is probably one of the most unethical and dis-honest companies in the US.

There are reports of this company threatening consumers with criminal prosection, with legal action that the company has no intention of pursuing, and harassing consumers at work by calling them repeatedly. The companies that hire this company to collect their debts are complicit. Anytime this company calls to collect a debt for a third party, call the original creditor and complain.

The FTC needs to conduct a complete investigation of this company.
