I was involved in a car accident where I was driving down the street and as I'm pulled to the side of the street a truck had rear ended the side of my car. The front bumper on the other vehicle was dented and Geico claims that I dented the front of his truck with the rear end of my car. I'm doing everything in my power to get this issued resolved. I have witnesses and Geico still denies payment on my claim.

I believe that it is always best to go right to the top when you have a complaint. Feel free to send a copy of your Ripoff Report to Mr. Warren Buffett. He is the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. GEICO is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Maybe Mr. Buffett will read your Ripoff Report and look at the damage in your photo and direct the people at GEICO to pay your claim.
