General Electric is 'junk'! They say one thing and do another, when they feel like it! Bought a 'New' washing machine on the 2nd of Feb., had to wait for it to be delivered by the 10th. Got it but a part was missing! I called them on the 10th and told them of this, was told they'd send it to me.
I called today 16th of Feb. and get told they'll ship it either tomorrow or the next day! Was treated like sh* by the idiot that l talked to today. He spoke to me like l had bought it secondhand and that l was bothering him on his lunchbreak!
I am so mad that l can't use capital letters while writing this! (at least not ALL capitals!) To me General Electric will have to do alot of 'clean house' before l buy another product of theirs! 'Clean-house' as in get rid of the idiots that take our calls and make sure all appliances are complete!
This waiting around for a part that was supposed to be in it for over 2 weeks is 'Bullsh*'! So, to just let G.E. know how l feel ...... NOT HAPPY!!!! (and won't buy or tell people to buy their crap, either!)

Thanks for setting things right and sorry l went too far as to what l wrote. I was upset and felt l wouldn't get help from your company. I want the things l buy to be perfect, especially when l pay with cash! Just by chance your one product l bought wasn't perfect. You sent me the missing piece and it is now a working washing machine. .... Thank-you General Electric. I know l'll be buying more of your products in the future.
