Giant RV ripoff, fraudulent, lying crooks Colton California

They sold me this motorhome with some minor problems and many items missing (raided parts for other customers) It took 13 wks. to get these items & we're still not sure if they all work. After owning it for 2 wks. we brought it to their service dept. for 20 repair items, some from delivery check list. Suppose to take 2 wks, but they took 3 & not everything was completed. When we walked through the check list we not only found things not completed but the coach was filty grease on switches & tile, & 8 new scratches to the paint.

Took coach out for a week vacation & had to leave early due to damage done from a repair that caused a severe water leak. Returned to Giant for repair of this item and 22 others now. Due date 1 week! 2-1/2 weeks later told only generator coolant leak left. Went down to check on coach & did a prelimenary walk through to find 10 items not completed (some had been forgetten to be put into computer). Talked with Eric, Dept. Manager, as to how unhappy we were.

Next evening received call from Adam and went over everything. Was told coach would be ready by 9:00a.m. the next day that it only needed to be cleaned. Upon walk through items still weren't fixed & 10 new scratces in paint. Contacted manufacturer hoping to get help. They contacted Giant R V to get this resolved, we are told Giant told maufacturer they won't work on my coach now.

We have now found their contract procedures to be very questionable to say the least.
