Global Tel Link refuse to give physical address for corporate office for complaint. Mobile Alabama

I have made about 8 to 10 phone calls requesting $100 credit on account that global closed. I have written letters to Global and to the Department of Corrections, who has not responded. Everytime I call, representatives are too busy to talk, and always am put on a call-back list, and are told call will be returned within 2 hours, and not to call back. Fees are outrageous. No cell phones are allowed, even though a lot of people do not use land lines anymore. Am told the prison facilities make over 6 million dollars a year on the prison phone system. Tried talking to a supervisor, but when transferred, am told no one is there to take my call, and to call back later. We all need to get together and file reports to our governors, state legislators, and the federal government. Lets do a landslide of letters to the White House!
