Global tel link Correctional services for inmate calls kids can't talk to their daddy Internet Nationwide

 I received a phone call suggesting I use the advance pay feature for inmate calls, I put 50.00 on my cell number, today they cut my calls off, I can't even except my husband's call. I call the toll free customer service number only to be told the line on my family plan was unauthorized to except calls because it's not in my name, our family plan is in my husband's, well he has to call global tel link and use his bank card to add funds, I can't...even though I'm authorized to make changes to the cell account...I'm am authorized to deposit 50.00 dollars from my bank account...I'm just not authorized to accept calls from my husband. So I demand a refund, I paid 50.00, I'm getting back 34.95 after they debuted their fees, for both the deposit and the refund...and they couldn't even provide the service they promised...but they also blocked the Dam jail from being able to call, because our phones are in my husband's name, who's in jail. Our daughter broke her leg, she's pending surgery, and now I can't give had our daughter the phone to say good night to her father...just another confirmation that families and convicts don't even matter were just pawns
