Global Tel Link took payment off my credit card but saying no money in my account Located In Sevral States According To Website Nationwide

I have been having to use this global tel link hoax since august whe my dad was incarcerated. at first i was not having any problems, that is until my calls started getting dropped 2-5 minutes into the call. and when my dad called back we got charged full price for calls.

then one day i had a balance of 21.00 my dad called we talked for the full 15 minutes (wow) and when he called back the next day we had 3.00 left on the account. i have called the company at least 100 times and everytime I get a message saying " we are experiencing large call volumes please call back later" and hangs up i finally spoke to an *** named chris ( who refused to give me his last name) and gave me a cancer hotline number. are you kidding me. i also got a "line" register that said i would be called back within 2 hours. when my phone rang 2 minutes before time was up i answered and they hung up. i hit *69, and when i called back it was a woman from IL. Who come to find out has been having problems with global tel also.

My lastest problem is that I put 25 dollars on my phone friday and they are saying there is no money on my phone number but they sure did charge my credit card. How can they take money off my CC and tell me that my phone has never been called by an inmate?

I have lost probably close to 100.00+ trying to be able to speak to my dad (who has not been to trial yet) I am all for anyone who is filing a law suit against this company. I have had nothing but trouble with this company since August of 07.

I am more than willing to help with anything and everything involving getting mine and others money back. Or better yet shutting these money grubbing blood suckers shut down!!
