Global-Tel*Link RUDE, RUDE, RUDE IS WHAT THEY ARE & THINK YOU HAVE NO SENSE OR FEELINGS!!!!!!! Mobile, Alabama

My phone was blocked from calls from a Correctional Facility.  I called & talked to several people and each one had a different reason why.  I filed a complaint with the Public Service Commission and finally a representative from this Company called me.  It seems before you accept a call you are told of a $200/mo. or a $200/3 mos. limit is explained.  I have not heard this before and if it is on there it is after you are told to push "O" to accept the call.  Everyone at Global Tel has been so rude.  They talked to me like I had no "smarts" at all. 

If everyone in Alabama with a complaint would write the Telecommunications Division of the Ala. Public Service Commission - P O Box 304260 - Montgomery, Al 36130 maybe we can get something done. 

I did nothing to get my loved one in prison but I still love them and would like to be able to communicate with them and feel there are others that feel as I do.  Global-Tel could take a different approach with familes of the incarcerated as long with more reasonable fees and perhaps they would then be a credit to the situation and not such a detriment.
