I also received a letter from Consumer's Reward Program Lottery saying I won 38,000 included a check for 3950.00. When I called I asked how I even won or got in this drawing and they said from soem stores like wal-mart, kohl's maybe i entered a drawing. Of course I was skeptical. I called the number 905-598-6407 and the lady said to cash the check and wait until it clears then call back for instructions on how to pay the luxury tax. I asked is that Minnesota State tax and she said no it's a luxury tax. At this point I just said okay and hung up. I went straight to the computer to look up this business with the BBB. It was not listed. Then I found all these reports about the same lottery scam on ripoff report.com. Thank goodness. I am so glad I followed my gut and did not cash the check. I hope these people are stopped.

I hope whoever Mike Vincent or Karen Gibson and the "director" Bien Epoirto are stopped and proseuted. It's a shame to pray on any of us who could truley use the unexpected funds.

I will be reporting this to the bank where the check came from as well as the athorites.
