Green Dot Money Card Will not issue a timely refund Pasendia California

On May 7th, 2015 my card was incorrectly charged 225.00, the company that did that charge immediately reversed teh transaction. After waiting 5 business days I called to see why my funds had not been credited back to my card. I was told it is in pending status and will they have to wait 10 business days to recieve my money. I asked to speak to a a supervisor and was given an extremely hard time about it.

I am furious that no one at the customer service center was listenig to me and would not handle my problem. I offered to send a bank statement from the company that reversed the charges. (this should be handled as a refund if you ask me and should not take so long.) Still no one would listen when I asked for a manager I was told that I am speaking to the Highest person.

Upon further research I found that Steven W. Sreit is the CEO and I was NOT talking to him!!!! I am so furious with this compnay that I have been dealing with for over 4 yrs and I want someone to call me back ASAP. I am still waitnig for a management call back from last month. Customer Service with this company SUCKS!!!!!!
