This service station's owner sells his customers things they do not need. He will intentionally break parts in order to add to the sale. He lies and tells customers that he replaced parts that he did not. His intention is to stack the bill as high as possible. One of the mechanics drinks and then drives the cars. Others are drug addicts. He is known for blowing motors so that a customer may give him the car. If you ask for a specific mechanic repeatedly, he will fire that mechanic. If a mechanic tells you that you need something correctly, he will blame the mechanic later when he says that the customer needs more parts/labor than originally quoted the customer and the mechanic will be out of a job for not going along with his sales techniques.
