I had a minor car accident, and esurance recommended Hi-Tech Collision. I will never go back there ever again. They replaced the front bumper of my car with an after market part....which was NOT the same as the original. The color of the bumper didn't match my car, and it didn't even fit properly!!! It was so noticable, I was shocked that they pretended that it was done correctly. I was completely unsatisfied, so they said they would call esurance to see if they could order an original Honda part. A week later my car was ready again, and while the new bumper looked ok, they left swirl marks on my door! Again, I brought this to their attention, and they took my car back again to remove the swirl marks left in the paint.

After waiting another hour or so, I got in my car to drive away, but my driver's door wouldn't open!!! I had to crawl through the passenger door to see what in the heck they did! It turns that when they put my door panel back on, they "forgot" to engage the automatic lock control. I also noticed that they CRACKED my door panel! They were so incompetent, I couldn't believe it. So once again, I had to leave my car there for another week, so they could repair the damages that THEY did to my car. I insisted that they replace my door panel, but they instead just "fixed" it. I also noticed that they left black marks on my beige leather interior, but after taking my car back TWICE, I was so sick of dealing with them, I didn't even bother to bring it to their attention. Who knows what they would damage next if I left my car for a third time...I didn't want to find out!!!

Never take your car to Hi-Tech Collision, they are so sloppy with their work, and your car will come back looking WORSE than it did before. I know I'm not the only one that had a bad experience, because while waiting one day another customer was picking up her car, and she was VERY upset b/c the paint job was horrible!!!
