Hi-tech Collision ripoff Garden Grove California

My car was hit in an accident in June which was not my fault. I was with Mercury. My car had no prior accidents. Apparently they fixed my car which took over 4 weeks. I was promised that it would be done within one week. I called every week after that, and there was always an excuse as to why the car was not done. When I was finally able to pick up my car I noticed the the back trunk of the car was not aligned. I confronted them, and they said it was there that prior to the accident. Which was not. I refused to sign for my car.
They kept it for another 3 weeks for Mercury to see the car. Somehow, they had Mercury agree with their decision. I was not able to do a single thing about and had to take home my car. Not only that I didn't have a car for more than one month, my new car was still damaged..Never take your car there!!!
