I was promised a loan modifiaction within two months of skipping payments. It is a LONG and painful story, as many others are, so I will not get too far into it.

Mainly, I want to publicly out Roddy Diba and Brian R. Linnekins for the scammers they are.

All reports on this website that I have seen are correct and accurate. In fact, the stories I have read are nearly identical to what happened to me. On a side note, I will not accuse but I will say this company is the only one that has my credit and debit card info (including the 3 digits of the security code), and I have had BOTH illegally used in the last week. Both were charged over $1200 in fraudulent purchases. Again, I'm not accusing them per say, but I want to warn anyone I can!
Roddy, I hope you are reading this. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE, and legal actions are being taken.
