We dealt with Gerard Ochoa of HCLC, Carolina Padilla of MMS, Pam Daniels of MMS and Brian Linnekins of MMS.  It was hard to get a hold of any of them, they kept changing company names and even though the phone numbers remained the same, they were not in service when you called. We gave them $2999 back in February of 2010 and they promised that they would work with us to modify our home loan.  They lied about everything, they told us that we needed to send in mortgage papers with signatures, copies of our pay stubs, SSN, loan papers, financial statements, income tax records and just about anything it takes to steal an identity.  We kept on calling, emailing and got the runaround all the time, they shifted us from one person to another. When we demanded our money back and told them we would contact the State's Attorney's office and the Attorney General's office and the BBB, we finally got a call from Brian himself.

We had received papers from the loan company representative that had to be filed with them in 20 days from the time we received them.  We contacted MMS and told them about this situation.  The loan company needed confirmation that someone was handling the matter and the paper work would follow.  Brian and his cohorts told us not to fill in anything, they would handle it.  To this day nothing has been sent. The loan company called and told us no one contacted them nor did any correspondence come into their office regarding our case.  One more thing, Gerard told us not to make payments, this would work in our favor.  We are in forclosure because of this.

We have called over and over, I finally sent an email to Gerard and it's funny but within the next few days, Brian called us and like a broken record stated "we will continue to work for you"  no money back because he was still working for us.  Nothing has been sent to the Loan Company and not even a phone call to let them know something was coming and we were represented.  Sorry if I have repeated myself. but these people should be pay for what they have done to us and probably hundreds of other unsuspecting people wanting a little help in this time of financial crisis.
