We too are being victimized by the liars at HomEq Servicing. The two things I have learned is that number 1 STAY OFF THE PHONE with them. They can tell you anything they want and you have no way to prove that they have lied to you. Which all of us are victims of. You need to get everything in writing. You must send a letter to them in the form of a QUALIFIED WRITTEN REQUEST. You can demand a payment history and other information on your account. Any payment or correspondence that is sent to them should ONLY be sent CERTIFIED with return receipt. Keep any and all corrospondence that they send and anything that you send make sure you keep a copy of. Keep all of your receipts from your cashiers checks money orders etc. You are in for a fight. If you havn't noticed, there are more and more of these companies committing fraud. Countrywide is bankrupt and is being bought by Bank of America. Just some of the fraudsters are EMC, Countrywide, Fairbanks, the now defunct Ameriquest, Saxon mortgage, Citicorp. There are many, many more. We are in a fight that has a massive amount of thieves trying to take away the american dream. There are many companies that are also covering up the crimes of these servicers. Such as Chase and others. This is so wide spread that it has become a true nightmare. Check out msfraud.org. There is a very long list of these fradulant servicers as well as the ones enableing them. There is a lot of good information in the FORUM. You may be able to get some suggestions on there. We all try to help each other.
