Have been a very good customer for over 6 years of theirs, then all of a sudden they quit communicating, no email confirmation of our auto withdrawals as before, no email of statement ready to view, nothing by us postal mail, nothing.
Tried to sign into account, kept getting error message, waited the 48 hours per their request to hear from them, nothing, called, and spoke with 3 different people before an English speaking person was available. Was told accounts have been sold out, and all new customers had to re-register, well we aren't "new" customers, we didn't change anything, we weren't even notified, was told would have to re-register on line to see or view account details and continue with web service. Well before you can continue on line you must complete a register form by them, that they will mail you at your request?? well how do you request it, if you don't know about it.?
We are still in the first stages of this rip off and will continue to try and get some kind of Customer Care person/Customer Relations manager. Was told by three of their reps they don't have that kind of department?
Will keep you informed of our trials and tribulations..

Maybe I can help...

I would like to help out if I can. What is your last name so that I can research your account? I can find what I need with that.
I'd rather not give out my information, as I'm sure I'd be flooded with calls if I did so. I understand if you do not wish to post your last name on here, so we'd have to figure out way to communicate.
I am considering setting up an email address that people can use to send me their information so I can work out some of these issues. I'll keep you posted on that.
My posting on here has nothing to do with the company. I stumbled on this site in my search for some information about another company and decided to check my employer as a curiosity. As I have access to all accounts, I thought I might give helping others out a shot. I am not on here to defend my company, nor am I here to discredit them.
Thank you.

Sounds like a system change

Sounds like they spun off some accounts. Have you gotten any letters from someone saying they have your accounts now?? Who did they sell them too?? Surely you heard something from someone. Or you could do it the hard way and not pay to see who calls.

According to your report they promote bad customer service, but nowhere does it describe how you were ripped off. If you were ripped off then maybe you should actually provide a proper accounting of the events.

Setting you up.

They're setting you up for a big fall. The problem is not that THEY now consider you a "new customer", it's that you are a new customer of someone else more than likely and both Homecomings and the new entity are suppose to tell you about it.
Make sure you keep paying on time to Homecomings so if this is the case, they are suppose to forward your payments to the new entity. Someone else can provide more info, this is just a basic of what I have read that goes on with these companies that allegedly do not want to forclose or want your home according to them.
