in 11 years we have paid 144000.00 dollars and we thought it was to pay off loan early due to my husbands sickness and they have claimed we are behind example
800.00 a month plus 10% each is 888.89 times 132 monts is117333.48 ok we have paid and i have recipts for 144000.00 in 132 months and they claim we are behind i was told by an employee of h/c gmac i need to learn to addnow how are we behind expecially since july of this year they wuold send my payments back and aftyer 4 monts said they are foreclosing
is there a lawyer out there who wants a class action lawsuit please i will not take this likely also we go to court the 27 of this month wish me luck

$800 a month plus 10% is $880. Over 132 months this is $116160. How does this amount to $144000.00? How much was the loan for, and how much were you supposed to pay monthly? Did you miss any payments in the first 11 years?
