Its July and Homecomings is still not playing fair. I filled out the necessary forms for them to speak directly with my attroney because I am deaf and do not want to be harrassed by phone and want to work out a payment plan. Guess what: Homecomings claims there are other people on my loan even though I am the only one on the loan. My attorney also reports hearing nothing from homecomings.

In the meantime, even though I send $100 extra to catch up on payments, they refuse to negoliate on a repayment arrangement to catch up with the missed payment in April in which I temporary lost my job for a week.
