Do Not Use Hotwire or you will be frustrated and dissappointed! There are alternate web sites with equally deep discounts and you will know in advance exactly what you are getting yourself into. Traveling with my young son refenty I used Hotwire but ran into a terribly dissapointing and frustrating situation in NYC when I was booked to a part of the city that I did not choose. Hotwire refused to remedy the siuation and also refused to even call the hotel directly to try and re-book my room into a sister hotel in another part of town. result was paying for something I did not elect and being able to do nothing about it. Hotwire's custome support was rude and I would hope you will learn from my disspointing experience with their online booking website.
