HouseValues ripoff Kirkland Washington

DB From Florida. I feel your pain. I signed up with HouseValues. It was same sales pitch that most of you got. They only had certain amount of leads in my area, someone else was ready to buy them, etc. Basically, lots of lies to start with.

Then somehow you are in a contract, so you try and follow thier system. When you realize that chasing after bogus leads is wasting your time and money and distracting you from your real buiness, you call and complain about thier leads. You recieve raw treatment from the HouseValues staff.

At this point you cancel your contract. Which they tell you that you can't as you will need to fork up more dough. You cancel anyhow. RPM calls you to try and collect. They say they put it on your credit report. I haven't recently checked to see if it there yet, but last time I checked it wasn't.

Then RPM never stops calling, and they distract you from your business more. I actually wasted over $3800 on leads with this company. I have complained numerous times to NAR, CAR and the Washington State Attorney General.

StockLemon reports a 98% churn rate for this company. I would guess of the 98% that they are all in collections with RPM.
