As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and past subscriber of HouseValues.com, I would warn you not to use this website. It is my "Opinion" that they are not acting in anyones best interest's besides their own.

First you will get a 1990's value report that is infurriating! Then, you can expect them to sell your personal information over and over to any willing buyer. Your phone will be ringing off the hook by every Mortgage Lender and Real Estate Agent in your area within 100 miles, Also expect to hear from every moving and home services Co in town. The harrassment will last about 6-months to a year. Don't Do It! just because it's free, you'll be extremely sorry

As an Agent expect your leads to be extremely irritated and sorry they ever went to their website. I practically had to change my name after being signed up with them for just a few months. They have an "Iron Clad" agreement written by an attourney that allows for them to get paid after the Agent cancels the agreement.

My Career and checkbook took a major blow! I will be very happy when they are put out of business!
