Well, my story is much the same as every other housevalues victim. The salesman told me that 20% of the leads convert. I ASSumed that with their national advertising, they must be legit. I wasted crazy amounts of my time chasing leads that were obviously bogus. I complained to the "training" dept. and was told about the "I.M. Dogsbutt" lead that converted into the million dollar sale months later. It was all my fault for not completeing every CMA within 24 hours, but it didn't matter if I did it in 5 minutes, most of them were never opened.

On the upside I got them to agree to a 3 month trial. Big surprise that they have now charged me for month number 4.

I smelled it the second I called them to complain. The nasty way they reacted made it clear that I wasn't the first sucker.

From now on, I'll check ripoffreport.com before I buy anything!
