When I first signed up, I was told that leads were gauranteed leads and prescreened for accuracy and completeness. However, once I signed up, most of the information in the leads was bogus and obviously not prescreened, nor were they gauranteed.

Also, my first personal coach was a total jerk, and was unwilling to listen or work within the boundries of my goals. When I tried to cancel, I was told I could not cancel without a penalty. However, when I had signed up, the sales person had told me I could cancel within 30 days if I was not happy. They refused to let me cancel within that 30 days. I went with another coach who was more friendly and stuck with the program only to be treated like a second rate citizen whenever I had billing questions or support questions.

Finally, I ran out of money and worked out a deal to make payment, only to receive a phone call 2 weeks later demanding more money that I did not realize I owed. Not only was the billing person rude from the very beginning, her boss was rude and they refused to accept payment in any other form than a credit card, which I no longer have, or a debit from a checking account, which I also no longer have.

Do not do business with this company!! 3 out of the 4 people I dealt with after signing were total jerks and completely uninterested in customer service. Beware of this company!
