On March29th 2017 $733 was taken out of my emerald card account. I have called every week since this has happened they have lied tome saying the IRS took my money so I got documentation from the IRS to the contrary so I sent the documentation in to the Emerald card company then they changed their story to turbo tax took the money then Igot the documentation from turbo tax that they did not take money. Emerald card has refused to return any money to me and they keep giving me the run around. I did not authorize any transactions and they are refusing to help even though my money even though they claim to be FDIC insured
