H&R Block Emerald Card Emerald Advance Loan/Transfering remaing balace. Jacksonville NC

I went in to do a Emerald Advance and the pitch is you can get up 3000.00. Well the catch is that you have to 1st file your taxes with them and then the determination is made on HOW MUCH YOU CAN RECIEVE. Me a single mom that is in a financal situation only hears 3000.00 even though I didn't even need that much but whatever i was in a bind. I do play a small part in this because I did go ahead and take the loan.

Now, after 421.00 for prep and all the other fees to do my taxes. I was only approved for 500.00 which didn't take care of my situation so i'm still scrambling for money. Well, then i'm told we can do a one time transfer, when our taxes hit. Now, I'm finding out there is no way to get your money off this card unless you use an ATM which cost money each time you use it, can only pull $500 at a time, you can do an over the county transfer for $30 something dollars, and you can't use this card anywhere.

I have bills to pay over $500. This is a true RIP OFF and I will encourage any and everybody not to use this service if you can help it.
