Had fraud activity on emerald card. Reported it to h&r block emerald card within 4 mins. Sent letter along with copy of charges for dispute. They sent letter back denying claim said not unusual activity. I live in Ga. charges were made in NV. they were fitness and health store charges. Never ever have I made any charges like these. How can this be normal activity. Can't get anyone to talk to they put me on hold for over 69 mins. Then phone just hung up. PASSED Our money not theirs they are giving away.
