Hughes Net Corrupt Criminal Theft Tempe Arizona

Feb. 2, 15 $449.97 was paid with debit card which I agreed to have HughesNet take for equipment to receive internet satellite, which was installed on that day. Then Feb. 4, 15 an additional $11.20 more was taken from debit card with out my knowledge, with out an explanation, or notifying me, which I did not agree too. Feb. 20, 15 after calling four different Hughes numbers trying to find out to no avail, in trying to find what was the added charge taken were for. I went to bank stopping Hughes from taking more money with debit card number, talking to yet another representative of Hughes, I ask them to cancel the subscription being told how sorry they were, but that I could not cancel the service.

March 14, 15 the first statment arrived, I had an account number, with a warning I owed Hughes $61.94, as this amount was declined in trying to process monthly payment, that if the matter wasn't resolved with in seven days their Hughesnet service would be suspended. Going to the bank a second time to ask why I had never received a refund of the monies payed Hughesnet $461.17, then after talking to another representative I finally was able to cancel the service. I was told for canceling service they would agree to refund $199.97, after receiving the equipment which I would be required to back to them paying the shipping charges. Eighteen days of slow internet service $261.20 + shipping cost for returned equipment. Look out for HughesNet they will skin you !
