I was contacted by this company out of nowhere saying that the price of my toner was going to go up if I didn't order quickly. I was apprehensive about the price of the toner so I intentionally put off their calls and advances for me to sign and fax back paperwork so they could send me the toner.

Turns out, they send the toner anyway (without a signed acknowledgement from me), and then refused to take it back when I called to tell them I never ordered from them. The absolute worst part about all of this... these people actually had the audacity to FORGE MY SIGNATURE on an acknowledgement and fax it back to me saying I had signed for it!

Something must be done about this company, AND SOON!
