IDCSERVCO Defrauded company Culver City California

IDCSERVCO contacted our company presenting themselves as our normal supplier of toner cartridge.  The company then requested information regarding the toner that we use in our printers.  By stating that they were our normal supplier, thereby deceiving our office team, our employee proceeded to place an order with them.  Subsequently we paid the invoice, only to realize after accounting that the supplier and price were not in line with previous orders.  This company impersonated our normal suppliers in order to sell us over inflated products.  I have attached copies of their invoices, payment, and normal vendor/cost.  As you may read on the back of their invoice, they have a three day return policy and a 20% restocking fee.  This does not coincide with normal business practices.  Please investigate this matter to your best ability and proceed with any resolution necessary.
